Its an useless sound file, resulting in a bigger MCPE file.
Edit: Oh i know why. You didn't check facts, simply closed because i used PocketMine. Should i better provide a video where i fake sound events with proxy + wireshark so instead of digging that sound appears? Yes? Okay.

How is there not enough information? I told you what packet you have to send to get that sound, and attached a video to show what it sounds like.
Turns out it was the sound for using a carrot on a stick. why is that one so different from normal mcpe pigs
