Skins don't update on someone else's screen when changing a skin
Steps to reproduce
- Open a world.
- Have another player join.
- Look at each other in-game.
- Have player 2 change their skin or character.
Expected result
Player 1 sees player 2's new skin or character.
Observed result
Player 1 sees player 2's old skin or character. Issue persists until player 2 leaves and rejoins the world.
So when me and my friend join on our world in the minecraft bedrock edition we have it fully up to do and when we load into the world and begin playing my friend goes to change his skin and tells me if i see it and i said that its the same skin you had on before you changed it i did the same thing i changed on my screen but, never updated on his screen i dont know if this is a active bug going on with minecraft bedrock edition or something but, when someone goes to change their own skin on lan worlds or joinable friends they change and see it on their screen but, does not update on anyone elses screen at all we also made sure that only allow trusted skins is off and we both have it turned off and still get the same issues this has been going on for around 5 months now and iv looked up possible fixed and nothing i found fixed it at all.

Does the skin update if you leave and rejoin the world?
I can confirm when i do leave and rejoin my friends world the skin does update.
This issue has been occurring for a long time, maybe back to 1.18 or 1.17. I could not find an earlier report so I have confirmed this one.
