Steps to Reproduce
1.Get 8 arrows and a Lingering Potion of Healing l
2.Try to create the craft of Arrow of healing
3. See that she did an Arrow of Water Breathing instead of an Arrow of Healing

I can confirm this on Samsung TabPro SM-T520 on Android 4.4.2
In the following screenshot, I used a lingering healing potion, and it created the water breathing potion as shown:
There are other Crafts of other arrows that are also wrong and others that should not be on the list can be seen by (Pocket UI) in Craft Table
It even displays the crafting recipe for them incorrectly in the MATTIS system. I don't know if that is a seperate bug or this bug though.
It's not that the arrows are wrong , it's that the result is displayed wrong.
