MCPE-19746Global Resources display as "missing textures", later it crashes.
When I go to Settings, the Global Resources and the Resource/Behavior Packs displayed using the missing textures. And when I quit the world, the game crashes.

Created Issue:
Global Resources display as "missing textures", later it crashes.
