Items held in the offhand slot look our of place when using a bow.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Equip arrows or a totem in the offhand slot
- Change camera to Third Person View
- Draw the bow and move the camera
- Notice the offhand items move out of sync with the arm

The offhand items are misaligned
Expected Results:
The offhand items should move in relation to the arm/hand position
