MCPE-21356Villager farmer stops harvesting eventually

I gave a farmer 8 packs of seeds and put him in a field with wheat saw. At first he seems to be harvesting without picking up wheat. Later on he picks up wheats.
i dont understand how this happens unless his inventory massed up.
