MCPE-21502Title Command Not Working
The /title command is not displaying text on screen. Command blocks say the commands are executing successfully, but nothing appears. This applies to title, subtitle, and actionbar. I've tested editing times as well as being connected to WiFi, with no effect. I've even tried changing some of the gamerules to true, even though that shoudn't affect it at all. Still nothing.

Disable your resource packs
I cannot reproduce this issue. Please remove any texture packs and see if it still occurs.
If it does, I can reopen this issue
