When removing doors with items in your hand, you'll get two doors in return instead of one.
What I expected to happen was...:
I thought only one door is supposed to come out when breaking a door
What actually happened was...:
I had been blown up by a creeper in survival and was holding supplies in my hand to rebuild, when I tried to retrieve a door it split into two. I tested this with. Multiple items and always got the door and a duplicate.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold an item in your hand
2. Take down a door
3. Two doors should appear
