When using a repeating command block with the following command:
/effect @p instant_health
or
/effect @p regeneration 1 10
If the player steps on a magma block with the command block active, the player will rapidly receive damage.

Nobody wants to address this issue?
This bug does not happen in Minecraft Java Edition.
Reopened - this was fixed in the 1.2.10.1 BETA, but the fix wasn't included in 1.2.10.2.
