NOTE: Affects ALL Bedrock Platforms.
When mining a block, and jumping at the same time, the mining speed is slow.
Easiest way to reproduce:
1. Find a tree and chop half of it down
2. Look up
3. Mine the rest of the tree and be jumping at the same time (I recommend holding the jump button on any device and mine)
