MCPE-27490Unable to purchase Minecraft coins on Xbox one
For the past three days have been unable to purchase Minecraft coins from the game Minecraft Live. When clicking on the coin option to purchase the $9.99 treasure packet of coins. The screen loads to "purchase in progress this shouldn't take long." However, the process has set on this screen for a hour or so and still does not load past this process. Already spoke and troubleshot with Microsoft about issues with unable to purchase. They stated I needed to contact your company. Confirmed up to date credit card is own fill with Microsoft. As well as money in my account.Still unable to purchase coins.

I had this issue and was able to fix it by doing a hard reset of the XBox
