UI animations jittery
The new UI animations (fading between screens, inventories sliding onscreen etc.) are incredibly jumpy despite the game itself running at a solid 60fps.
See the attached video for a clearer explanation. The game itself is running at a good framerate but the pause screen and inventory have a subtle but really annoying stutter on their transitions.
It looks slightly less severe in the video because it's been compressed to fit within the JIRA filesize limits, but it's still clear in the video. It's worse in real life though.
Understandable on low-end hardware but shouldn't be happening on 4790k/GTX970/32GB

It's because they didn't program the game correctly. They don't optimize the game or program it correctly. The Xbox One is powerful enough to perform like any gaming computer, and Bedrock should run as well if not better than Java Edition - but it doesn't. Hopefully some day they will get new employees that won't put us through ±5 years of oppression and a broken game like these guys have.
Affects 1.12.0 and 1.13.0.4 beta.
Affects 1.11.4 and beta 1.12.0.6.
Affects 1.12.0.2.
This issue is still present in 1.10.0 and the 1.11.0 betas.
Occurring On: Windows 10, Xbox One, iOS, Android
Bug: Slight freezing/lag/delay when opening inventory or whilst crafting. Can also happen while equipping armor or taking it off in the inventory. The likely cause seems to be having too much information for the inventory to manage, and not enough optimization. Likely related to MCPE-32150
Steps to Reproduce: Potentialy can be recreated by having items with too many enchants within your inventory. I’ve personally noticed it at it’s worst while wearing armor, each with multiple enchants, and tools, also with multiple enchants. Having shulker boxes with items in it seems to also cause the problem, with more items = more delay. It mostly seems that the inventory has trouble managing excess amounts of information.
I hope i’ve provided enough information. If you have questions for me, please reply below, and i’ll try to help as best I can.
Edit: I’ve observed that this also happens with written books and book and quills that have multiple written pages.
New Info: In the most recent beta, 1.11.0.4, this also affects villager trading now. Whenever you open the trading interface, the game stutters, along with completing a trade.
For me, this issue affects all versions of bedrock that I've played, that's iOS, Switch, and Windows 10. Switch was the first I've played more often and it was much more noticeable there I thought - but yeah, this isn't just limited to Windows. It looks like the animations are capped at 30FPS or less which contrasts heavily against the rest of the game running much smoother.
