Above ground Abandoned mineshaft fail to generate in badland biome, above ground mineshaft only generate dirt room without any rail but some cobweb still generate.

Mesa Mneshaft not generate in mesa biome
Above ground Abandoned mineshaft not generate in mesa biome, several seed tested and none of them generate any above ground mineshaft in mesa biome. Using /locate command show nearest mineshaft that far away from mesa biome, which mean it didn't generate in mesa biome.

Maybe the seeds simply had no mineshafts in the mesa. This may not be a bug. Mesa biomes don't always generate mineshafts.
