I have a diamond sword with knockback 2 on it, but it doesn't knock back any mob. Like the enchantment isn't there. I tried it on hostile and passive mobs.

Confirmed in Windows 10 as well. I was attacking a husk with a knockback 2 diamond sword but the husk was not affected.
Its happening to me too
my device is android 6.0 LG K10
Still affects 1.6.0.5
It got fixed in 1.6.0.6
