MCPE-38346Structures spawning really rare in bedrock edition.
When i spawn a world, i litery can not find a single structure, no matter what i do i never can find a structure, even when i go in creative and fly for about 1000 blocks in each direction i still can not find a structure, but in ps4 version i can easily find a structure and in java edition and in wii u edition. It just wont spawn in bedrock edition.

Does /locate work? Does it lead to a structure or not?

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.
