MCPE-40323player spawn in wrong location after starting game

Sometimes, when starting the game, the player respawns in a wrong position, not the one where was left on last closing the game: very high in the clouds (and subsequently crash and die) or on the surface of the water.
This happens usually when the last player position was underground or in an underwater structure (Ocean Monument).
I could not find the position on the map where it spawned on start in the clouds, because subsequently the player crashed to the ground and respawned in the bed - but it seems it was spawning nowhere near the location where it was supposed to be.

Happens on our multiplayer world frequently. Happens on both windows 10 and xbox.

I have had the same problem in my survival world which cost me the game and made me delete the world now working on finding a new one and it happened again
Happens to me a lot! Even if I save inside my house or on ground level. Very frustrating. I’ve lost a lot of inventory, and so now I play with keep inventory on but I’m bummed because I don’t get the Microsoft live with that turned on. Playing PE on a Kindle Fire 8HD
this has been happening to me. As soon as the world loads I'll see "you died" at the world spawn but then I'll respawn at my last bed. It's happened enough times that I've made sure I can always get back to the world spawn fast enough to retrieve my gear.
