Kindle - There was a problem loading this world
On two kindles, two different users with separate accounts, we are having problems loading worlds purchased in the Store in Minecraft. Right now the worlds we have purchased but cannot load are: Aquatic Life, Advanced Farming, Dogs, and City Life. Each time we have tried to load the world, we get the error "There was a problem loading this world."
We are able to play all worlds created locally - it is only the purchased worlds we cannot play.
I have tried clearing the RAM and hard drive memory. Restarted countless times. Both kindles are having this issues, so it must be a big in app itself.
Please help - my boys are very disappointed they spent their birthday money on things they cannot use.
