Recently, my game has had trouble loading chunks. It will work for a few minutes but when flying in creative or an elytra, the game will completely stop loading and makes will freeze if I try to go to save/quit, settings, or try to do any cheats like tp-ing

I think that the producer should implement the chunk reload function in Minecraft.
Looks like the same issue as https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-41928
