MCPE-44529Snowballs thrown by snow golems bounce off blocks and doesn't accurately hit mobs
Snow golems failed to hit mobs when there is a block below them, the snowballs bounce off the block. I don't know if this affects solid blocks cause I use glass blocks for this I don't know if this works for solid blocks.
