Spawn eggs displayed in the /give command are colored black instead of a black white spawn egg that looks similar to a ghast or polar bear's spawn egg.
To Reproduce
1. do /give
2. type 'spawn_egg'
Now look at the left/right side, you will see a spawn_egg but it's a black object.

Are you adding any data value as well?
@[Minecraft] Mega_Spud (Jay Wells) No. What I am talking about is the blank spawn egg in the upper left side of the screen where the items are shown. I have added a attachment for that, closely look at the spawn egg near the spawn_egg. It's pitch black with no dots.
Cannot reproduce in 1.16.201. All spawn eggs have been seperated in commands in version 1.16.200 and all of them have correct colors.
