There is a problem with the minecarts that when they pass over an activated powered rail, the cart shakes like it's being hit and slows down to a stop. If a villager is in the cart, it kicks them out.

Works as intended. Activator rail ejects mob and player off the minecart when activated. It has mostly color red on rail.
Power rail has color golden on it which use to make minecart move/ boost.
