Created Issue:
Untamable cats
All cats are untamable, when fed fish, just goes into love mode but still untamable(unable to teleport, doesn't give gift, runs away from player, can't be commanded to sit/stand}
The collar exist and still able to be colored
When sitting on a chest/bed, will stay sit indefinitely even after the bed/chest is broken or pushed.( With the exception of touching water)
Affect both survival and creative mode.

Thanks for your report. However, I can not seem to replicate this bug, if you could provide a video that would be awesome!
I am currently in the 1.13 beta (June 30 2019), the bug seems to have changed a bit. So if someone can delete this post, please do. I am going to make another one with an additional video
