This is the summary of the bug I am having.
Double tapping forward while being underwater makes you go into fly mode. Flying should only be accessible by double pressing the middle button.

1. Swim underwater
2. Double press and hold the foward button
3. When you reach at the surface, you are flying
4. Normally you can only fly when you double press the middel button, but with this bug you are able to fly like this

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
I just tested it a minute ago and the bug still occurs in v0.6.1!
