CTully, it happens when you walk past something 2 blocks tall, but you have to be really close.

Have you tried turning off auto jump?
No, I haven't. Prior to the update I had no problems with auto jump. Now when walking past a wall of full blocks the player constantly jumps. Looks like unintended behavior to me.
