Hey Mojang!
So I've been creating my own character on Bedrock's new Character Creator feature but I've encountered some errors while playing with my custom character in the game. Here are a few of the bugs I've encountered (I will add more here as I keep finding them):
- When closing and relaunching the game, custom characters do not load upon checking "Profile". (Solution for me was to wait a bit until the game decides to load them.)
- Upon loading onto the Mineville City (InPVP) server with a custom character, the game sets everyone's skin as the default InPVP skin, then suddenly errors out and crashes. (Also happens on Lifeboat server after a while)
- (Relates to #1) When creating a new character, it appears that parts and clothing already purchased with Minecoins will be locked again, but this is fixed by purchasing it again. (Note that it does NOT deduct Minecoins from your balance if you purchase it a second time.)
- When loading into the Mineplex server with a custom skin, not only does the player's custom skin disappear, but EVERYONE ELSE'S SKIN disappears. (Note: This also carries over to game lobbies)

However, this issue is Invalid.Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.

This has happened to me too! I have described some more bugs in my report. (MCPE-55229)
I too am having problems with my game not loading since making a custom character... My game will stop loading and say please wait loading profile (despite the fact I am not USING the custom character) ... After which sometimes it will load others i have to restart the game (XBOX One)
My error is that either the game keeps crashing or it takes too long to load. I don't have many worlds and I only have one custom skin.

I've noticed that some of the reporting being done is actually at the fault of the listed multiplayer servers. Servers like The Hive, CubeCraft, etc. were not necessarily prepared for this enormous update. Because of this, the server creators are having to work to patch issues where skins are not working, there is weird crouching, etc. Even now, The Hive (on their Twitter and Discord) have stated that they are aware the server isn't supporting the new skins and are instead having users wear skins from their own packs available on the store. This issue seems to be a multiplayer server issue and may not be fixable on Mojang's end. However, I will say that I'm not knowledgable of the way Mojang works with these servers.
