Smooth Stone Recipe Broken
Summary: Unable to create smooth stone from stone using a furnace.
What I expected to happen when I put stone in the furnace with coal was, the stone to smelt into smooth stone.
However when I put coal in the regular furnace with stone nothing happened.
To reproduce this bug place down a furnace with stone and give the furnace coal. From some further checking this only occur with stone that has been smelted from a prior update, it turns out that the stone is acting as if it is andesite, see image below.

There was a bug in 1.12 that cause smelted items to have different item data. The patch in 1.13 fixed furnace output functioning, it did not change item data on existing items in your world. If you place the stone and re-mine it, you should then be able to smelt it or sell to stone masons.
Thank you GoldenHelmet, I'm already aware this fixes pre smelted stone blocks, however if you have larger amount of stone pre smelted(which I did not luckily) its not the most practical way to fix the issue in terms of time consumption but never less it does work.
