This bug has affected loads of people, there is a solution: Go into Settings, Storage, World Templates. Delete the Infinity Skyblock template there and then download it fresh again from the store. Sometimes there are issues with the download.
That said, it's still a bug that this happens, so the report should stay. I've had dozens of people emssage me with the same issue.
Did the suggestion to re-download the template fix the problem? Unless the template is created by "Minecraft" (Mojang) they have no control it.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
