When your armor is off the textures for the armor slots are missing.

There is suppose to be outline texture in the slots when the armor is not there. In PE, it's not present, why exactly is this intended?
Please do not assume that the differences in behaviors between the PC, Pocket Edition, XBOX, PS3, or Raspberry Pi editions of Minecraft are bugs.
If previous versions had it, what was the purpose of removing it now? It's simply like removing (c) Mojang from the PE start screen and claiming just because the other versions had it, PE shouldn't have it. Even though it had it in a previous version. Doesn't that sound suspicious? Anyways, I've submitted another bug that's duplicate of this, with a better explanation.
@lego mite This does work as intended, and I don't see it as suspicious at all. Maybe the developers are planning for a different armor layout, I don't know. But please don't create another duplicate bug ticket, that duplicates a report that works as intended. It will just be resolved as duplicate.
