Unicode characters not entering for Android 4.3
Recently I updated to Android 4.3. While it added many great features, I am now unable to enter Unicode characters on signs.
If you want to try this yourself, upgrade to Android 4.3, and try entering Unicode characters on a sign, or in any text-entering interface within Minecraft PE (besides realms login).

The Unicode characters to enter, as usual. What actually happened was:
Nothing happened, like in the pre-0.7 updates.Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade system to Android 4.3.
2. Open up chat or a sign, and try entering Unicode onto it.
3. Nothing will happen.

This bug can be fixed by ending the process of Minecraft and reopening.
Yeah... Well, if you meant Redstone Ore, that just doesn't work.
This is a very popular bug and has most likely been there since day one. It still exists on the PC version as well. To fix it, you usually have to place or delete a block inside of the glitched area.
This is intended to be like this and is possible on the PC version.
You must have an iron pickaxe or a diamond pickaxe to mine diamond.
After walking away, zombies will eventually despawn.
This isn't a bug, this is just how it is.
The problem is that the player either changed his level.dat or chunks.dat with another, or you have extreme internet lag. Your Minecraft is generating a world while his Minecraft is sending different terrain to your device.
How are you switching the gamemodes? Using an application or iFunBox or iExplorer? Are you switching the level.dats with other level.dats?
You aren't supposed to be able to switch gamemodes yet. That's probably your issue.
Yes, this is probably a bug. See this, and this.
It's also on the PC version, I believe.
As you can see from the image, I am attempting to enter the delta symbol, something that was previously possible to enter into chat.
I can confirm this. Asus Nexus 7.
This is a known bug and has been in the game for a long time.
I'm sorry, but your friend must have been boasting. That's really just not possible.
This is not a bug. This entire website is a bug tracker, not a dumb feature request.
I've experienced some more hardcore glitching so I expanded my report.
This bug has been part of the game since flying was added. This isn't new, and I'm sure there are hundreds of duplicate posts like this one.
Yes. This bug is fixed. Thanks, Johan!
Okay, thanks. I haven't noticed this bug anymore.
I can confirm this. I've got a Nexus 7 2013 running Android 4.4.3. This is the exact issue I'm having.
I'm having the same issue. After quitting and then rejoining, none of my changes on an infinite survival world are saved. The time, however, remains the same. It appears to be the only thing that is saved.

There's a similar issue with the lava in the blacksmith's place. It will not move, even if the blocks around it are updated.
Apparently generated liquids don't work very well.
Please do not assume that the differences in behaviors between the PC, Pocket Edition, XBOX, PS3, or Raspberry Pi editions of Minecraft are bugs.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.

Workaround for this issue:
Before doing this, make sure that the local server multiplayer option is set to on in the game's settings.

My god this is an old ticket. I remember resolving this years ago.
