Granite that is polished should be shiny and reflective like we have in real world kitchens. Since RTX has the ability to make this effect, it should be implemented.

I understand this will likely get listed as a duplicate, however I am leaving it up, cause it highlights that polished materials have not been optimized for RTX.
This is not a game issue. PBR is defined by the resource pack, and all of the current PBR resource packs are made by third parties.
Dude you only need to respond to me once, however you are still incorrect since the resource pack only effect texture and not the way light behaves on an object. Granted the programmer can add RTX to an object, however if there is no support for that, then no third party will be able to do so. Also RTX is an in game feature created by the coalition of Microsoft and NVIDIA. Its actually a part of minecraft meaning its a part of the in-game programing.
