I know skins are listed for zero PBR support, however I believe this issue is separate from that.
Have you tried this in the release or 1.16 beta of the game
these betas are separate, both are latest edition game play. 1.15.08 is the RTX update. 1.16 is the nether update, this is a glitch with RTX.
Is this still an issue in the latest RTX Beta version?
This issue was reported in an earlier RTX beta build, but has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response
