The bug is that the biomes are still not distributed as intendet. Waroed forests are supposed to be teh rarest of them all and I found more warped forests in all the seeds i tried than crimson forests. soul sand valleys are too mashive and continue forever in some cases.
the spawn percentages i know are:
- nether wastes ~32.55
- crimson forest ~23.41
- soulsand valleys ~17.33
- basalt deltas ~17.17
- warped forests ~9.55

Hi Yiannis,
Its not clear from your report what you believe the bug to be. Per the 1.16.0.63 change log:
So a change between BETAs was expected, they're not intended to have equal biome size and rarity.
IonicEcko, while the distribution matches it, the biome size itself does not. There's another issue pertaining to this which I'll look for later.
