What I expected to happen: Upon opening the world player remains sneaking from when saving and quitting the world
What actually happened: The player is no longer sneaking.
Steps to replicate:
- shift/sneak
- save and quit the world without unshifting yourself
- open the world
Result: the player is no longer sneaking.

Why? (could it be a bug that no one ever considered as a bug?)
