MCPE-86305When a melee attack is blocked by a shield, the attacker is knocked back a block away
Steps to Reproduce:
1- Get a shield and be in suvival mode
2- Find a mob that can melee attack you (ex: Zombies, piglins etc)
3- While blocking with the shield let the mob hit it
Observed results:
- The mob get knock back by a 1 block
Expected results:
- The should not get knock back at all
Note: This was in java edition before 1.14.4

You do realize that this a bedrock exclusive, right?
No, Its not. theres is nothing of "exclusive" in that. it is just a thing that they didn't change.
For Java it is a bug, that it doesn't deal knockback anymore. See MC-147694
This works completely as intended. Java doesn’t have it because java is the one that’s bugged
