i tried /give and /setblock no blocks appear at all and no thing in the creative inventory i checked all files for the addons i used block files are there

Do you have experimental gameplay enabled? Do the blocks affected have the register_to_creative_menu property set?
ain't addons with custom items/blocks need experimental gamepkay on?
with or without doesn't effect any thing there is still no blocks
no blocks appear when i type the setblock command or give
and wait i will check in the addons files if there is that property thing but i am sure custom blocks doesn't work cuz in one of the addons there this thing that u can place structures with spawn eggs only vanilla blocks spawn in
