MCPE-89619Nether Portals are not staying bound to one another
When playing with a friend on Xbox One we have encountered an issue where our nether portals will not stay linked with the correct corresponding portal.
Example being that we would enter Overworld portal A and come out at portal A in the Nether as expected, now the issue comes when we lit Overworld portal B. When we lit Overworld portal B we came through Nether portal A as expected we traversed the Nether to the proper X, Z location and built Nether Portal B and went through it, we came out At Overworld portal B like we should, but now anytime we use any Overworld portal it is placing us randomly at either of the Nether portals that have been built, and vice versa, we use a portal in the Nether and we are placed randomly at an Overworld Portal we have built.

We're tracking this issue as
MCPE-39609which has been resolved as "Working as Intended", this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.There are some intricacies to portal linking that can sometimes be misinterpreted as a bug. The mod team here as well as Mojang have done significant testing based on the reports that have been made and are unable to reproduce unexpected behaviour.
