MCPE-91874Pillager partols no longer spawn in 1.16
So I was playing creative and was building something and i noticed that pillager patrols are not spawning anymore even when i turned on the spawn event for them, its been like 10 minecraft days and not even one spawned, but the wandering trader does spawn(3 days each). Also i did see a small patrol(two pillagers)spawn, but it took like five real days just to spawn one, this gotta be changed or how would players even get raids?

Your description sounds contradictory: you say no patrols spawned in 10 days, but one did spawn after 5 days.
Patrols do not spawn during the first 5 game-days of a world by design.
Note that raids and pillager patrols are unrelated mechanics. You don't have to have a pillager patrol nearby before a raid starts: spawning raid pillagers is governed by completely different rules.
Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce this issue with the information you've given. For us, pillager patrols eventually spawn, though it can take several Minecraft days.
It's likely that this is not a bug, but that patrols are either spawning somewhere you don't see them (such as in caves), or not spawning because some prerequisite condition isn't being met in your situation. Before reporting a bug, you need to eliminate possibilities like this by checking your understanding of what to expect against reliable sources such as the Minecraft Wiki and/or by chatting about it with people on the Minecraft Discord. When you don't do this preliminary study and it leads to you reporting something as a bug that isn't one, it wastes both your time writing the report and our time trying to reproduce a bug that doesn't exist.
Of course, it's also possible that this really is a bug, but that you just haven't provided enough information. A good rule of thumb is that unless you yourself can reproduce the bug in a test world, we probably won't be able to reproduce it either, and if we can't reproduce it then the developers can't fix it. On the other hand, if you can reproduce it and you attach your test world to your bug report, that's the fastest way to get a response from us and from the developers.
