Keep getting the change privacy settings, even though i have enabled everything. Making my own server is fine, everyone can join, i just cant make a realm.

Keep getting the change privacy settings, even though i have enabled everything. Making my own server is fine, everyone can join, i just cant make a realm.

Where do you set "privacy settings"? Please attach a screenshot.
