REALMS-1065Lost all inventory and Ender Chest items
I logged into my partner's Minecraft Realm on Nintendo Switch, and was just where I left my character, with all my items. I let the Switch go into sleep mode, and later logged back into the Realm, but this time on Windows 10. I was dropped at the spawn with none of my items. As well, all of my items were gone from my inventory, and my Ender Chests.
I did notice on the Switch the "Taking Inventory" achievement popped, despite the fact that I definitely already earned it on the Realm.
Let me know if I can provide any further details. I'd like to help this not happen to anyone else.

I just ran into a similar issue with my realm. I logged in from one Windows 10 device and then later from another and found that my character had been reset, no inventory, no levels and an empty Ender Chest.

I logged in using the android Minecraft app with Xbox live to a paid realm shared on the server. Everything worked fine. I closed the app, then later I logged on to the same realm using Windows 10. It spawned me at the place I first started in the realm, my armor was gone, my inventory was empty, my ender chest was empty, my xp was zeroed, and the text on screen announced a new player has joined the realm. I have been playing in that realm for months, how do i get my inventory and ender chest inventory back?
This happened to me 2 time in a row on 2 diff realms, its really annoying.
Same thing for me: Logged on in Android to update the realm while I was out, logged in later on PC and everything was reset for my avatar & ender chest. I lost a ton of highly enchanted armor, weapons, tools, wither skulls, sea lanterns, etc.
Same for me. Logged on to my realm from Android to check out the new update. Logged in from Windows 10 when I got home and everything was wiped.
Note: Realms back up automatically. If you find a backup from before your inventory and avatar were wiped you can restore the server from that. It's best to do it sooner than later as the backup resolution is best in the most recent 24hr.
