REALMS-1080drowned underwater in cave and dropped items disappeared
was mining at my spawn point and went into cave pond ended up drowning and got back to place within 30secs and items disappeared nowhere to be found. Dug really big area and still didn't find items

I believe the cause is this: it is very difficult to see items that float on top of a water block under a solid block.
