Minecraft Realms Keeps Crashing
Realms keeps crashing about every 5 mins with either the error message in the screenshot or just simply "Disconnected". I have no idea why this happens. The world is 1.13 and I uploaded it to realms. It does have command blocks. However, when I turn command blocks off the random disconnects happen still. Anybody else having this problem and can Mojang get any error message of why its crashing?

UPDATE:
------------------------------
I grabbed on of the logs, the most important reason for the disconnect was: [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 4635ms or 92 ticks behind
My problem was resolved when I removed team prefixes and suffixes.

I managed to get the Realm Logs. Here is just one of them (Realm world was loaded, I literally didn't move and waited for the crash. (I was in a AFK machine with just running water) Now I'm not sure if this tells why the crash is happening but it's all I got).

" I think the issue of getting kicked is because of the auto save function. Almost every time the players online got kicked of "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" is because of the server auto saving."

My problem was resolved when I removed team prefixes and suffixes.
Same thing happens to me. Tried removing teams, which seemed to fix it for a minute, until we got kicked again. Now the entire game is crashing when trying to join (might be a separate issue, but seems related). Never seen anything like this before 1.13. I've also done everything to reduce server load I can- disabled mob spawning, command blocks, deopped everyone, removed tile entities... nothing works.
I think this is the same issue as is reported in REALMS-1118. If so, you should give it a vote so the mods might get to it quicker.
Anyway, lots of people (me included) seem to have the same issue so you're probably right in saying that this is Mojang's responsibility to fix. Let's hope they fix it soon.

Confirmed on my end. Entire server is booted every ~60 seconds.
Having this issue too on Win10. Takes ages to connect, then crashes randomly. Sometimes you can play for 10-15 minutes, other times it crashes almost immediately. I'm currently stuck in a portal in the nether trying to get back to the overworld, but every time I go through the portal, I crash.
I'm also having this issue on Win10. Realm takes few minutes to connect, then all of the players online in realm disconnected randomly with the message of "Disconnected" or "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". I think the issue of getting kicked is because of the auto save function. Almost every time the players online got kicked of "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" is because of the server auto saving.
I'm having this issue as well. Downloaded and optimized the world, yet Realms still crashes for everyone on my server. There also have been a lot of issues for us connecting to Realms lately in general.
Downloading and optimizing worked for us. Seems to have been stable ever since. Fingers crossed!
Are you using team prefixes/suffixes or any other username-changing formatting?
I'm sorry I didn't comment sooner, I forgot about this thread. Do not use name changing scoreboards. As soon as I deleted my teams on the server everything reverted to normal.
The realm has scoreboards that change the name prefix but it still crashes if I disable command blocks
I am not using any mods at all.
Removed team prefix, seems to have fixed the crashing problem
We had a bug relating to team prefixes, where Realms wouldn't be able to validate the logged in players, causing frequent shutdowns. This has been fixed. Try again and reopen if it still persists please.
