For the past few nights, the realm is constantly disconnecting and crashing. Last night we lost 4 hours of gaming and I had to attempt multiple restores in order to reclaim an entire village we created. Multiple errors about losing the connection and all players are booted, we only have 4.

i was having the saaaame problem on console last night. every 10 minutes the server disconnected and id lose progress on my build. very irritating.
Hello! We're trying to fix these issues as we speak. Are you on 1.13 or 1.13.1? Also, please open a support case so we can collect your details and investigate individually.
Where are you located? We're tuning the system and fixing perf issues right now, so please let us know when/if this clears up.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
