Error Message--currently playing on a different device
When I try to join my realm I keep getting the error message "cannot join world. The account you are signed in to is currently playing in this world on a different device." However, I'm not playing this world on any other devices. The realm owner has tried removing me from the realm and even banning me, but other players say I'm still in the game (albeit standing still).

I found four cases that say fixed maybe it was supposed to be fixed but clearly isn't. Going on the info I am reading from staff they need more info, couldn't reproduce and say 10s timeout should help.
I have played java since beta but have been on realms for a couple of years now. I am from a group of players that have run realms for years. I have seen a player get in this state and it cost us our first realm and map. This is pretty important, to me at least. I know having info that will help is important with bugs. So, hopefully, I can help. Please, forgive my long-winded post in advance. A couple of years ago when a player had this issue nothing could kill him or remove him. It crashed his Xbox even. Luckily I am on the Win 10 version so crashes aren't as big of a deal. I even saw from the "resolved" issues it was on the fire version too.
When my "Steve?" first goes "Ghost" the first few times I was running around like crazy on Win 10 playing with a keyboard. It's happened a few times over the last few days. I started messing around in the state and several actions I do will be there when I return. I am pretty sure I can stay in this mode. I assume as long as I want. Even though only a few seconds of play will have really happened. All a.i. stops moving but game sounds seem to continue. After finally logging back in I do get the mandatory error already logged in screen. It does take much longer than a normal world generation. Once it fails to connect and gives the error it lets us with this issue join back. It also seems to happen no matter how fast or slow I move in-game. The Bedrock Edition 1.12.1 hotfix didn't fix it.
Staff poted they can't reproduce it, well I can't play 5 mins without ghosting out on this version. I do have the play app "pe" version too but never use it much or for long more to load up and have a fast peek when I can't play on PC.
I'm having the same issue on my Samsung Note 8.

I'm having the exact same issue.
It's been over 8 hours and the error message is the same.
Anyone know a fix? It seems like I'm permanently stuck from playing until it's resolved
