World No Longer Supported?? Realms
Hello,
As seen in the attached picture my Minecraft realm has stopped working. My main world and test world are both inoperable and only the first world "ahbhajit" is working. I only play on the world "Main World" with my friends and we have put 3+ years into this. This came out of nowhere after logging on one day.
I have cancelled my subscription until I recieve a response as this support system was very clunky and not reassuring, but I hope that this issue will be resolved.

This is most probably due to the world using a "customized world" generator, which stopped being supported by the main game in 1.13 . You can download the world to singleplayer and run the conversion there, and then upload the world again. The conversion is somewhat lossy, but works OK.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
