REALMS-1501Unable to complete download of 2 player realm
Myself and various members of my Minecraft facebook group are unable to download realm worlds or download a back up of our worlds on Windows 10 or Xbox One Version of Bedrock, I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling and I have also replaced the realm world with a new one (losing days of work in the process) this isn't occurring on 10 player realms either.

Please contact Mojang Support: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new and provide the Realm info - please do not share your username and Realm name here.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce.
