Cannot Upload experimental worlds to realms
I am the owner of a realm(Chaos United)
We have started our season 4 and as usual, tried to upload a world template . The template had experimental gameplay switched on, as well as education mode on. The world has failed to upload despite many tries. I have tried uploading from my PC , my android phone and have even sent the world download to a co owner living in the United States who plays windows 10 edition too, but inspire of all our efforts we have not been able to upload the world . The world either doesn't srop uploading or just shows a "Failed" error .
Please look into this

How big is the world? Please contact Customer support as suggested previously so we can look into possible reasons.
We have tried many worlds . We have tried every combination. 1 mb world , experimental features on, 1 mb world , experimental off , 120 mb world experimental on , 100 mb world , experimental features off.
And last year I uploaded a 400 mb normal world without any issues . I cannot contact support as I got the windows 10 edition as a gift , and can't find the purchase number.
I am not sure if you need that purchase number since this is not account related. But possibly they need it to verify you are the owner. I would try anyway, providing this info (that it was a gift, maybe it matter if you know who gifted it, I am not sure tho!) and see what they suggest.
I got it in a discount sale in my country via a gift code .I just directly entered the code and got Minecraft .
They aren't taking me seriously without the purchase code and I don't know whom to turn to
Just give the support the code you had, that is your transaction ID. If you do not have the code, contact the site you bought it from.
I have contacted the seller via email but no response since a month. I don't have anything else left to try, wevew done almost everything including a full reset .
I just can't modify the world .
