REALMS-1770Operator privileges not working
As the owner of the real, I am able to access settings. I gave 2 other players operator privileges by clicking on the crown next to their name. This was working fine. About a week ago, their operator privileges have stopped working. As the owner, I can see they are still given operator status (crown is highlighted). They no longer see the crown with their name and are unable to access settings.
Have attempted the following which hasn't worked to fix the issue:
- clicking the crown back off, save and exit game, click crown back on
- suggestion listed in ticket: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/REALMS-1511 from back in January. with everyone (just 7 members) off the realm,
Not logged into the realm, open the realm's settings
Go to subscription
There is a button on that page that says close realm, click it
Wait a few minutes. We waited 5 and it worked, you might not need to wait that long.
On that same settings page, click the open realm button.
- backed up world and reloaded the copy of the backed up world
Was going to try to remove everyone from the realm and re-invite but we were not sure if players would lose their items?

Changed realms platform to Bedrock per original environment content and comment on
REALMS-2013from this issue's submitter.Forward-resolving to
