Download appears to work but then bar completes and only 0.00 MB are downloaded. The download screen does not close. This bug is also on both IOS devises running version 1.11.4 We own two realms and the bug affects both of them.

So since the devs don't seem to give a crap enough to respond or give any signal that they are listening. I was able to find a bit of a fix for this. If you go in and force it to make a backup by playing for a bit then go in and download that backup that worked for me. I was able to turn on coordinates then replace my realm with the updated copy.
Thank you, the work-around of downloading a backup does work. I was also able to upload the realm. At one time this function also did not work.
The act of downloading a backup worked for me as well! Now everything works as normal after doing that! -Thanks for the tip!
I am having the same issue on 1.12
Backups appear as 0.00mb
Affects both Android and Windows 10 attempts to download realm as well on version 1.12.1 of the realm. The workaround DID work, but this really should be addressed. This is just one of the many issues that exist with bedrock realms.
I'm also having this issue on 1.12.1
I can't download my realm world right now to.,
not even a old backup will download
just stays on this screen for ever.
