REALMS-1988Update to 1.12 Bedrock - redstone broken

Playing on realm on Win10 device today after 1.12 update. All my redstone had to be manually reset.
Observers, switches, comparators, repeaters, pistons, rails. Basically had to rebuild my kelp farm and furnace array to get it running again.

Encountered the same issue, which breaks my auto chicken oven and kelp farm.
