When signing up for realms free trial I get a message of "purchase successful but we couldn't create your realm right now. Will create as soon as possible" how long until its created and will I still get 30 days from the day its created or do I lose the time?

Happening to me also but with paid
This is happening to me right now. I’ve had a realm for months, but today when trying to renew, I get this message. 1.13 hs made the game almost unplayable for the last month, and now I can’t even access my realm. They’re taking my money, and not letting me play. I want some compensation.
